    Hello Andrew, Thank you for the effort putting together this fantastic site.
    After little success looking for the 'perfect country house' in PA/NY I decided to now find land and build. I heard many horror stories around stick built construction - especially in more rural areas. I'm now focusing on Modular. This site has provided a great deal of very useful info- Thanks for the hard work!
    Now I just have to find the right piece of land and a reputable Modular builder :)

      Thanks for the kind words. In time I plan to add a section on selecting a builder as well as pictures and graphics.

    I was wondering if there is a web page with reviews from customers for the different manufacturer, I wanted to build a modular house on San Juan Islands
